The Garden State is a national leader in school
funding equity. But not all New Jersey children have
adequate funding or access to high quality
preschool, safe facilities and other programs. New
Jersey still relies too heavily on local property
taxes to fund education.
Our Children/Our Schools seeks to inform public
debate on these important issues and to advocate for
high quality education for all New Jersey children.
